Durant will move from Phoenix to Houston, while Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, the 10th pick in the upcoming draft, and five future second-round picks will head to Phoenix.

The newest Houston Rocket is a 15-time All-Star, a two-time All-Star Game MVP, a four-time NBA scoring champion, a six-time All-NBA First Team selection, and the 2008 Rookie of the Year.
