Rooney, who is Manchester United’s all-time top goalscorer, made this statement during an appearance on The Overlap podcast.

“I think he’s incredible. The goals he’s scored, assists. Now he’s added leadership over the last few years as well. For me, I’d probably say he’s England’s greatest ever player,” Rooney said of Kane.
